the hotel has air conditioning in every room i found parking nearby and the hotel provided a discount code staff members were generally friendly i would definitely recommend this hotel to other people.
the lighting throughout the hotel seemed quite low it was difficult to see the room numbers along the corridors this made it hard to find my way around.

efficient staff beautiful room central location
i found the staff polite and efficient upon arrival. my club beautiful room was a good size. the hotel's location near the city centre and arena proved excellent.
the hotel bar transformed into a very loud disco on a saturday night, making relaxation impossible.

premium feel extensive equipment quiet suite
the hotel offered a premium feel, very noticeable throughout my stay. the gym surpassed my expectations with its extensive equipment, I found it well-appointed. I found my upgraded suite very quiet, especially considering the brasserie had a party.
signage from the car park to the hotel reception needs improvement, I experienced some initial confusion.

quick check-in tidy room pleasant air conditioning stuffy room no air con dated decor
check-in was quick. the room was tidy and very comfortable. i found the air conditioning to be on and pleasant.
