MALMAISON BIRMINGHAM, Birmingham – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a great stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, modern, and provided everything I needed, making my stay interesting and comfortable. The location was brilliant, with a car park nearby, although the noise from the cleaners' cupboard and lift area was a downside. The dining experience was fantastic overall, with excellently cooked dishes, but the dried-up yolk was a bit disappointing. The staff was accommodating and polite, although some might have missed the check-in rules. Value for money was fair, and the overall experience was enjoyable.

The location was ideal with comfortable bedding and a very clean room, but there were some inconsistencies with staff friendliness in different areas. The dining experience had both positive and negative aspects, and the facilities offered were decent overall.

The hotel rooms were comfortable and well-equipped with amenities like coffee/tea making facilities, iron, hairdryer, and robes. However, there were disturbances from noise and cleanliness could be improved, especially under the beds. Despite this, the stay was relaxing and cozy.

The hotel had a very comfortable bed and pretty much everything needed for a 1-night stay. The rooms were nice and dark with good bathroom accessories, and a good size for a standard room. However, communication on unavailable items during dining could be improved.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were modern but tired-looking with some maintenance issues. However, the excellent spa, quality food in the restaurant, and lively bar catered to our needs. The hot breakfast arrival timing was a letdown, and the room temperature was uncomfortably warm at night despite the air conditioning.
